The first mill

The company's longest-standing mill, the Moulin des Gaults has been in operation since 2000. It is still where all the knowledge is concentrated. The Moulin des Gaults was the first to obtain the Label Rouge for its T65 flour (in 2001, a year after its acquisition) and the T45 BAGATELLE Label Rouge in 2009. Thierry Chaillou is the sales manager.
